  • Once payment is completed, you can directly install your game/software.
  • No waiting, no delays.

3. Payments

  • Payments are handled by trusted gateways like Razorpay, Instamojo, and PayU.
  • We never see or store your card/bank details.

4. Piracy

  • If you pirate our games… just don’t.
  • Legal action will be taken against piracy. Respect the grind – we worked hard to make these games.

5. Changes

  • We may update these Terms anytime. If you continue using our website or buying from us, it means you agree to the latest version.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

At FireMonk Studios, we want you to enjoy our games without worry. Since our products are digital, please read carefully:

1. Refunds

  • If your purchase fails to deliver or any technical issue prevents access, we’ll issue a full refund.
  • As a bonus, we’ll also give you a 10% discount on your next purchase.
  • If you simply don’t like the game, refunds may not be possible (since digital products vanish once downloaded).

2. Cancellations

  • Once payment is confirmed and the game/software is delivered, the download link will vanish.
  • If you lose the product, you’ll need to purchase it again (at least for now, until we add accounts).

3. Time Limit

  • Refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase.

  • Our website may use third-party link shorteners for certain downloads or redirects.
